Peanut butter


  • 200 g peeled peeled

  • 5 ¾ cups of toasted amaranth cereals (200 g)
  • 460 g of semisweet chocolate

Ginger tea


  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1 cup of boiling water
