Rehabilitative food products that help the heart

Scientists have conducted studies related to food that help improve heart function. At the end of the project, a list of beverages was compiled, some of which help restore the functioning of the cardiovascular system.

1. Water

Many people do not get enough of the necessary amount of liquid from the food, as a result of which the blood condenses, and it becomes difficult for blood cells to pass through small vessels. The heart begins to experience an additional load in the process of pumping blood, which, depending on the person's predispositions, can be complicated by arrhythmia.

2. Green Tea

Tea leaves contain antioxidants, which, by their useful action, help to properly function the cardiovascular system. With regular use of the drink, the probability of developing ischemic heart disease is markedly reduced. This is due to the fact that the components of tea contribute to the dilution of blood, resulting in less blood clots in the blood vessels. According to medical recommendations, you can drink up to three cups of green tea per day.

3. Red wine

A drink with a proven content of a number of useful substances that help increase the level of "useful" cholesterol and at the same time reduce the amount of "bad". Just like in green tea, red wine contains substances that help to thin the blood, which reduces the risk of blood clots, which in turn prevents thrombosis, and hence the occurrence of coronary heart disease and strokes. A day is recommended not to use more than 1.5 glasses.

4. Pomegranate juice

The composition of the drink determines the antioxidants, as well as polyphenols, which activate the work of the heart together with other organs and systems of the body. To pomegranate juice was most useful, it should be eaten regularly, but with proper interruptions. For example, during three months once a day they drink juice, after which they take a break for about one month. Take the juice also according to certain rules: dilute 1: 1 (most often in 100 ml of water 100 ml of juice), a suitable time of reception - before meals for half an hour.

5. Coffee
