The occurrence of a vegetosulmonary dystonia often entails the appearance of various types of rhythm disturbance. Some of them are relatively safe, others require special treatment for vascular arrhythmias. Each situation should be considered in detail.

Arrhythmia as a disease is included in the International Classification of Diseases, and among many causes of its development is often referred to as a vegetosocial dystonia. This disease is related to the pathology of the nervous system, but because in the human body everything is interconnected, the pathology of one organ can adversely affect the other.

On the background of VSD, bradycardia, tachycardia, extrasystoles, and atrial fibrillation may develop.

The process of diagnosing vegetative vascular dystonia is carried out in the neurologist's office, whereas the cardiologist is involved in arrhythmias. Doctors of these two specialties often determine the dispensary of a patient with a more pronounced symptom of one of the diseases. In accordance with this procedure, medicines and drugs for the treatment of vascular arrhythmias are prescribed.

General recommendations

Vegeto-vascular dystonia may not affect the cardiovascular system if you use the following tips:

  • The rules of a healthy way of life are observed.
  • Permissible physical exercises are performed every day.
  • The diet is dominated by dishes rich in raw vegetables and fruits, while less need to eat offal, fast foods, sweets, salty, fatty and sharp foods.
  • The normal body weight will allow you to feel better, for which it is worth whimsical, apple, cottage cheese diets.
  • There is minimal impact on the psyche of stressful situations.

In complicated cases when VSD comes to panic attacks, general recommendations are complemented by medical treatment of vascular arrhythmias and consultation with a therapist.

Medicinal treatment of vascular arrhythmia

The development of arrhythmia against the backdrop of vegetative vascular dystonia leads to the need to take medications that directly affect the two systems of the body - the cardiovascular and autonomic nervous system. In this case, in some cases, it is enough to improve the dynamics of the underlying disease, that is, VSD to partially or completely undergo arrhythmia.

Often used in the treatment of vascular arrhythmia in a group of pharmacological agents:

  • sedative remedies;
  • neuroprotectors;
  • antidepressants

Sedative agents allow to remove symptoms of excitability of the nervous system and thereby reduce the reflex development of arrhythmia. The main drugs from this group (phenazepam, grandaksin, relanium) have a sufficient amount of side effects.

Neuroprotectors are prescribed in order to improve circulation in the brain and thus remove possible hypoxic manifestations, often expressed in arrhythmias. Additionally, drugs such as piracetam, cavinton, glycine have antioxidant effects. In comparison with the previous group, the use of neuroprotectors is practically not complicated by side effects.

Antidepressants are often shown in panic attacks, as well as overexcitement and insomnia. The most commonly prescribed drug from this group is amitriptyline.

In some cases, medical therapy is supplemented by the treatment of vascular arrhythmia by folk remedies. At the same time, it's important to understand that more is still dependent on the mood of a person to recover, than from the pills he takes.
